WWCF, in association with CCSF (Cambodian Children Support Foundation), helps to fund this project but with the constant demands on donors and with their choice to donate to other charities, donations and funds can be tight.

Annual budgets are planned in advance but with the ever increasing costs of external produce and labour, sometimes there is a shortfall. For example, depending on the price of rice, which fluctuates due to many reasons, the shortfall can be up to US $500 per month.

The aim of having our own website, constructed and managed by Samrong supporters and helpers, will cut out the ´middle-man´costs when obtaining volunteers and this will help to boost the farm´s income. Volunteers want to know that the money they are paying goes wholly and directly to their particular choice and here at Samrong it does!
